HOW I WORK

My role is to serve as a trusted, no-nonsense advisor, sounding board, and accountability coach. The coaching won’t happen in a vacuum, but rather it’ll be integrated to understand your organization’s unique culture, mission, and challenges. We’ll involve managers, human resource partners, and fellow executives to set goals, assess progress, and achieve goals.
