You’ve made it. As a successful female leader, you’ve worked hard to get where you are, pushing yourself every step of the way to be the best you can be. And now that you’re finally in a position of power, you’re probably feeling more confident and self-assured than ever. At least, you think you should.

We all have that list. You know the one. The list of amazing things you’ll accomplish someday when you’re ready. Maybe you dream of starting your own company, or managing a department, or building a new product – eventually. Once you get all your ducks in a row. You want to make sure everything is just right before you try.
