Zoom Out

When you’re in a situation where the way your peer or even your competitor acts is unexpected or obviously wrong or something seems unusual, unexpected or even obvious, zoom out. Try to get the whole picture. As a leader, it’s your job to see the details and zoom out and understand the WHOLE picture. Otherwise, any decision you’re making will not be the right one.
